Susan H. Morton's practice is devoted to the representation of franchisors; the creation and expansion of licensing and distribution networks; corporate and commercial transactions; securities arbitration; real estate; litigation and appeals; estate planning; and, entertainment.

Susan assists clients in planning, structuring and implementing nationwide franchising programs; drafting franchise agreements, ancillary agreements and franchise offering circulars; and, securing registration of franchise offerings. She also renders advice on an ongoing basis with regard to clients' franchising activities and compliance programs, and assists mature franchise systems modifying their franchise agreements to anticipate and incorporate necessary flexibility and change.

Susan is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising and the New York State Bar Association Franchise Law Committee. She is the author, among other works, of Tips from Leading Regulators on How to Speed Up Franchise Registrations; Judicial and Regulatory Developments; Advanced Franchise Sales Issues; Legal Ramifications Of Franchisor Internal Policies And Procedures; 'Control' in Franchising and the Common Law; Judicial Update: Recent Judicial Decisions Affective Franchising; and, 'Control' in Franchising and the Common Law.
