David Baharvar Ramsey has a diversified background in corporate matters, commercial contracts and franchise matters.  He has represented a variety of domestic and international business enterprises and entrepreneurs.  David’s corporate focus includes the formation and governance of corporations, limited liability companies, joint ventures and partnerships; sales, purchases and investments in businesses; and corporate re-organizations.  His commercial contracts experience includes licensing agreements, e-commerce and software development agreements, procurement contracts, outsourcing contracts, and a variety of consulting and services agreements.

David’s clients have included national and international franchisors; global publishing, media and entertainment brands (including magazines and newspapers in the print and digital space); nationwide telecommunications and cable companies; investment banks and private investment funds; special committees of boards of directors; insurance companies; real estate companies; e-commerce companies; and product manufacturers and service providers in a variety of industries.
